Olivier Piret currently works as a licensed property broker and developer for Centurion S.A. in Belgium. In order to reach this position, though, he has had to achieve many educational and professional goals. 

Olivier Piret’s Education 

Olivier Piret has dedicated himself to learning as much as possible about applied economics, private banking, and real estate. He earned his B.A. from University of Ghent & Leuven in 1992. Later that year he began coursework towards his M.A. in Applied Economics, which he completed in 1995. Without taking a break from the academic rigors of graduate school, Piret then completed a Ph.D. in Private Banking at University of Geneva within a year after earning his Master’s. 

In 2003 Olivier Piret returned to University of Geneva to complete research on portfolio insurance. 

In 2005 he became a licensed property broker and developer through B.I.V.-I.P.I. in Brussels. 

Olivier Piret’s Professional Experience 

Olivier Piret got his very first professional experience working as an intern at Metropolitan Bank in Ostend, Belgium. In 1995 he earned a position in asset management at Piret & Cie S.A. in Geneva, Switzerland. He stayed with this company until 2000, when he decided to shift the focus of his career to real estate. 

Piret obtained his first position in real estate at S.C.I. Centurion Invest in Monaco. He maintained a position there from 2000 until 2006. 

During 2004 he also took a position at Centurion Properties S.L., located in Marbella, Spain.  

Currently he has a position at Centurion S.A. in Belgium. He has worked there since 2005. 

Olivier Piret’s Future Interests 

Olivier Piret is interested in finding steady work at a real estate investment firm that will challenge his educational and professional achievements. He is willing to relocate to a new country as long as his employer can provide full-time challenging work.
